Florida Highway Patrol Releases Photo Of Accused Man Who Fatally Hit A St. Pete Man
The Florida Highway Patrol has released a photo of a man who is accused of hitting a 23-year-old victim Jan. 30, and then driving away.
ST. PETERSBURG, FL — A photo showing a man who is accused of fatally hitting a 23-year-old St. Petersburg man after the victim fell off his scooter on 66th Street North Jan. 30 has been released by the Florida Highway Patrol.
The suspect is seen standing outside his white pickup truck at a gas station. Police said this is the truck that hit the victim. If you recognize this truck or this man, contact FHP at 813-558-1800.
The victim fell in front of truck traveling in the inside southbound lane of 66th Street North at about 3:30 a.m., troopers said.

The 23-year-old had been trying to drive his electric scooter over a raised concrete median dividing 66th Street and 51st Avenue North when he fell, detectives said.
According to FHP, the truck hit him and kept driving.
