Here are five homes in the Old Northeast that are on the market. They represent the diverse architecture in the area, and include a sprawling 1920s B&B that can be converted to a single family home.

4.) 145 7th Ave. NE: This Key West-style stucco home has been on the market for some time. It has three bedrooms, with 2 1/2 baths, and 2,028 square feet. Built in 1920, the home has hardwood floors, plantation shutters, new windows and a new roof. $520,000.

5.) 129 20th Ave. North: This is another house that has been on the market for many months. It has a wide front yard, was built in 1921, and the price was recently dropped to $215,900. The home is near 4th Street, and there is no flood insurance required.
