How to Stop Dog Fighting, Animal Abuse Is Topic of St. Pete Neighborhood Group Meeting

"Dog Fighting: How to Stop Animal Abuse" is the topic of a public forum, with  special guests from the SPCA, on Thursday, Feb. 17, at 6 p.m.

The guests speakers are Sharon Hauser, Education Director at the SPCA; and Brent Bardell, Operations Director at the SPCA.
