Man Seriously Injured In St. Pete Pedestrian Crash
A man was hospitalized with serious injuries following a Thursday morning crash on 22nd Avenue North.

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — The St. Petersburg Police Department is investigating a Thursday morning crash involving a pedestrian that resulted in serious injuries.
According to the agency, the crash happened around 10:41 a.m. July 6 at the intersection of 22nd Avenue North and 49th Street North. The vehicle, an email from the agency said, hit an adult man.
Police say the pedestrian suffered serious injuries. His identity has not yet been released.

The driver stopped and is cooperating with authorities, the agency noted. No road closings were reported.
