Nurse's Aide Caught Molesting Elderly Woman, Police Say
An employee at an assisted living facility saw a nurse's aide on top of an undressed elderly patient who was lying in her bed, according to the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office.

A nurse's aide at a Lealman assisted living facility was arrested by the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office, after detectives say he inappropriately touched an elderly patient, according to a press release.
Joshua Baker, 28, of St. Petersburg, was arrested on the charge of lewd and lascivious molestation of an elderly/disabled person, a felony.
According to officials, on Saturday, March 23, Baker was observed by another nurse's aide on top of an elderly female patient who was undressed and lying on the bed.
Baker was described as having his pants pulled down. He got off the female patient and made statements to the effect of "This isn't what it looks like," and "I don't want to go to jail", police say.

Baker has since resigned from the facility. He is reported to have only worked there for a few months, police say.
At this time, there does not appear to be any other victims, police say.
