Second Pride Street Mural Vandal Arrested: St. Pete Police
The suspect intentionally left behind tire marks on the progressive Pride street mural in the Grand Central District, St. Pete police said.

ST. PETERSBURG, FL — A second man faces charges for vandalizing the progressive Pride street mural in the Grand Central District, according to a St. Petersburg Police Department news release.
Antonio Silvestri, 30, was arrested with felony criminal mischief and racing on a street.
Silvestri was seen on surveillance video footage doing a “burnout-style maneuver” in his truck on May 17 around 10:40 a.m., police said.

He left behind tire marks across the rainbow mural, which had recently been repainted ahead of LGBTQ+ Pride month, and caused significant damage.
