The Best Thing I Ate This Week: Smothered Hashbrowns

A good breakfast would not be complete without some sort of potatoes- I tried a new twist on the traditional preparation.

I was looking for something different, but I love their hash browns. To satisfy my need for something out of the ordinary, the girls whipped up some smothered hash browns, complete with onions, green peppers, mushrooms and melted cheese.

It was more than I could have imagined. The combination of flavors made the hash browns a whole meal all on their own.

However, I did have two over easy eggs on the side. The plate was $5, but the ladies at the shop joked that there is no set price and they charge depending on how much they like you.

I’m not sure where that leaves me at $5, but I’ll take it.
