WHAT: Mayor Keith James, the City of West Palm Beach Parks and Recreation Department and local residents will come together to celebrate the unveiling of new playgrounds at Dr. Alice G. Frederick Mickens Park and Brian H. Chappell Park. These exciting amenities were funded through the voter-approved 2020 Parks Bond. In total, this bond will fund $30M in renovations and additional features to 23 City of West Palm Beach parks.
