$1.8M GA Nudist Resort With Eye-Popping Sights On The Market

CLEVELAND, GA — Serendipity Park has hit the market with a nearly hefty $1.8 million price tag after 30 years of operating in Cleveland. Here is the naked truth about the nudist resort.
Sitting at 95 Cedar Hollow Drive, the clothing-optional, family-friendly business is on the market for $1,799,900.
The six-bedroom, six-bathroom property has RV sites, a spa and other amenities. The more than 42-acre secluded land is located near the Blue Ridge Mountains and is about 90 miles from Atlanta.

Brittany Hall, owner/broker of Southern Landmark Realty, told Patch that Serendipity must continue to operate as a nudist resort for 10 years under its new owner due to a deed restriction.
The current owners of the resort are seeking to retire and travel, Hall said.

What may be appealing to the naked eye, Serendipity boasts a community dining room, a swimming pool and a clubhouse, according to the listing.
"This well-established resort offers a unique lifestyle experience catering to a discerning clientele seeking relaxation, freedom and community. … A highlight of the property is the expansive Blue Creek that borders the property, offering a peaceful backdrop for leisurely nature walks," reads the listing.
Offering a location where guests can essentially bare it all, Serendipity has six fully-equipped cabins, six 50-amp RV sites, 27 30-amp RV sites, three pop-up camper sites and two separate primitive camping fields, according to the listing.
According to Cruise America, Serendipity is one of five RV nudist resorts in Georgia and has weekly activities.
