GA College Application Fee Waivers Being Accepted

Dozens of colleges and universities are offering high school seniors the chance to waive application fees through Nov. 30.

ATLANTA, GA — In recognition of Georgia Apply to College Month, application fees are being waived throughout November for high school seniors.

Gov. Nathan Deal made the proclamation in 2016.

The Georgia Student Finance Commission partnered with the University System of Georgia, the Technical College System of Georgia and private colleges and universities for the initiative.

For most colleges and universities, fee waivers will automatically be applied. For others, a code is available.

Students have through Nov. 30 to use the waivers.
