Cornerstone Prep Golf Coach Named GAPPS Coach of the Year!

Congratulations to Chris Goodson on being named the Georgia Association of Private and Parochial Schools (GAPPS) Coach of the Year!

In just five years of coaching, two as head coach and three as assistant, Coach Goodson has already left his mark on Cornerstone’s history. This season, he led the varsity golf team to the state championship and secured the title. That victory also earned him the highest coaching honor from GAPPS: Coach of the Year. Established just two years ago, this recognition is reserved exclusively for state championship coaches, making it a rare and prestigious achievement. Through his leadership and dedication, Coach Goodson has not only guided his team to victory but also cemented his place in Cornerstone’s legacy.
