Missy Needs a Home by Saturday

Hi, my name is Missy. I'm an adorable 10-month-old, 39-pound girl who's sweet and happy. Unfortunately, I've been tested positive for heartworms and need to be adopted or have rescue commitment by Saturday afternoon. Could you please come to my rescue before it's too late?
