Acworth police believe that two people found dead in a home on Tuesday died from a drug overdose.The man and woman were found inside a home at Cowan Road and S. Main Street during the course of a welfare check, department spokeswoman Youlanda Leverette told Patch. The pair died of "what appears to be a drug overdose," Leverette said.WSB-TV reports that investigators believe the bodies had been in the home for <a href="http://www.wsbtv.com/news/news/local/police-investigate-2-dead-acworth/npKrc/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">several days</a>.The identities of the deceased are being withheld pending familial notification, Leverette said.
