Whoa! Dashcam Video of Train Slamming Trailer in Acworth
Police dashboard camera footage of Wednesday's early morning collision in downtown Acworth.
WSB TV has provided raw video from a police car's dashboard camera of this morning's train-trailer collision in downtown Acworth.
Around 3:30 a.m., a northbound CSX freight train crashed into a stuck trailer, which was being pulled by a heavy-duty pickup truck, at the School Street crossing near Main Street.
The trailer was filled with furniture and reportedly was dragged about a half-mile down the tracks with pieces of furniture being discarded from it.

No one was injured in the crash and the driver of the truck, Richard A. Brown of Summerfield, Fla., was cited for failure to obey a railroad grade crossing according to an Acworth police spokesman.
