- Milton's Historical Society - Georgia's annual Fall Shindig last weekend was a huge success. It took place on Sunday at Wildberry Creek Farm. The mayor announced that Sept. 17-23 is Constitution Week, to celebrate the 236th anniversary of the U.S. Constitution. There were performances by the Piedmont and Robert Forsyth Chapters of the Sons of the American Revolution color guards, former Atlanta Opera singer Kristen Sweitzer and bluegrass band, “The Heard.” In addition, there was a silent auction, and refreshments from local restaurants and children's activities.
