- According to experts, the housing market in the Atlanta metro appears to be cooling off. After prices skyrocketed for months, the median sales price fell by two percent from June to July 2022. Rising interest rates and inflation are identified as the cause of the drop. There was also a 31 percent drop in an annual decline in home sales last month. (WSB Atlanta)

- The Atlanta Police Department has found their most wanted suspect working as an armed security guard. 32-year-old Jordan Pack had been wanted in three separate aggravated assault cases. Earlier this month, the department arrested another most wanted suspect who had warrants in Cobb, Gwinnett, Fulton and Alpharetta. (11 Alive)
- A man and a woman were found dead after an apparent murder-suicide on Saturday. According to police, officers responded to the 1900 block of Olive Springs Road in nearby Marietta at around 9:30 a.m. There, the police found a 19-year-old man and a 19-year-old woman with gunshot wounds. A handgun was found near the man's body. (CBS 46 News)
- If you're visiting Roswell on a Saturday over the next few weeks, stop by the Roswell Farmers and Artisans Market. The Roswell Farmers and Artisans Market gives local producers a chance to share their products. The weekly event comes every Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to noon.
