Delta Plane Diverted To ATL After Engine Trouble: Reports
There were reportedly 191 passengers and six crew members aboard a Delta Air Lines plane that sustained engine trouble.
ATLANTA, GA — A Delta Air Lines flight had to return to the Atlanta airport due to an issue with its engine on Sunday, according to media reports.
Delta flight 2627 returned to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport about an hour after departing for Jacksonville, Florida, around 4:15 p.m., FlightAware data showed Monday.
The Boeing 757-200 (twin-jet) experienced engine trouble, Delta said in a statement obtained by WANF-TV. There were reportedly 191 passengers and six crew members aboard the plane at the time.

The passengers were put on a new flight bound for Florida, media reports say.
"The flight landed safely in Atlanta, and we sincerely apologize to our customers for the delay in their travels," Delta said in a statement to WSB-TV.
