Services Set for Alpharetta Skydiver
Rodrigo Bianchini, 41, was killed in weekend accident in Polk County.
Funeral arrangements are set for a 41-year-old Alpharetta man killed in a skydiving accident in Polk County this weekend.
Rodrigo Bianchini died Saturday after landing hard on water during a skydiving jump, WSB-TV reported. Family members told Channel 2 that Bianchini was using a prototype parachute for his jump.
Polk County police are treating the death as an accident, WSB reported, adding that Bianchini was an experienced skydiver and an instructor with a skydiving facility called Skydive The Farm. The facility is located in Rockmart.

Visitation will be 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Northside Chapel Funeral Directors and Crematory Service, 12050 Crabapple Road, Roswell. Funeral services follow at 7 p.m.
