What’s a “virtual office”? You could think of it as the New ‘P.O. Box’ for the modern era. Virtual offices can include:
- A prestigious corporate address in Alpharetta
- Mail service that can receive and forward your mail (physically or scan to email)
- A local phone number
- A live receptionist answering calls for your business
- 16 hours/month of private office access
And the best thing is the cost — as low as $79/month for basic mail handling and, just $349/month for mail, call handling and private office usage.

Here are the top three stories in Alpharetta-Milton today:
- Tech Alpharetta, an independent nonprofit fostering tech startups, received unanimous approval from Alpharetta officials for $95,000 in funding through the 2024 fiscal year. Originally established in 2012 as the Alpharetta Technology Commission, it now operates the Innovation Center and hosts themed events, supported by a strategic board consisting of city officials and industry leaders. While the City Council granted the funding agreement, some council members have requested more detailed financial information and expressed their desire for Tech Alpharetta to become self-sustaining soon. (Alpharetta-Roswell Herald)
- During the Jun. 19 Milton City Council meeting, some residents expressed concerns about plans to build a new restaurant and event facility at Birmingham Crossroads. The proposal, submitted by Curtis Mills, aims to repurpose a historic 1890s farmhouse into a breakfast restaurant and includes an indoor event pavilion and patio. The City Council elected to defer the project plans to the next meeting on Jul. 24, following recommendations from city staff for conditional approval. (Appen Media)
- Fulton County homeowners should soon begin receiving their 2023 Notices of Assessment, in accordance with Georgia law. The notices, which were mailed on Jun. 9, are also accessible online at fultonassessor.org. Owners should anticipate higher values reflected on their notices and are encouraged to review them promptly, as well as appeal their notice of assessment if they believe the numbers do not align with fair market value.
