Congrats to the QuizJags for their thrilling (and nerve wracking) victory over Forsyth Central 575-215 on WSB's HighQ on Saturday. The team AKA Evan Knox, Jose Heredia, Brian Heredia and Abbey Campbell over came a rough first half and a close third quarter to pull out the victory in the end. They next play Pickens County (the same team we played in the famous "Santa vs. the Elves" episode) on February 12th for February 16th air date.
Also, through the team's "pennies for points" fundraiser, they raised a little over $150, $75 of which will go to the Athens Area Homeless Shelter. Special thanks to everyone who pledged. We will do this again in February for a different charity.
