McDonald's is Giving Away Cherry Berry Chillers for the Fourth of July

Athens is gearing up for the , its new, improved July 4 celebration at .

Among the event's sponsors is Athens-area McDonald's, which will be giving out free samples of its Cherry Berry Chillers from 6 to 9 p.m. at the park. The restaurant describes the drink as a "blended ice beverage made with 100% fruit juice with natural flavors."

McDonald's is also offering a special reward for Patch users: Tell us in the comments below what you're looking forward to this July 4, and you could win up to 30 Cherry Berry Chillers vouchers.

At 5 p.m. Tuesday, July 3, we'll randomly select three winners from the comments. McDonald's will send 30 vouchers to the first place winner, 15 to the second place winner, and 5 to the third place winner. We'll need to contact winners for their mailing address, and you should be willing to be named in a follow-up article to participate.
