FAYETTEVILLE, GA — Three people were found dead Saturday morning in an apparent murder-suicide at a home in Fayetteville, police said.
Around 10:45 a.m., officers were conducting a welfare check at a home near Favor Road, Fayetteville Police said.
Details were limited, and police did not identify the deceased. A motive and manner of death are unknown.
