8-Year-Old Shot And Killed In Southwest Atlanta: Police
Police are investigating the deadly shooting of an 8-year-old in a southwest Atlanta apartment complex.
ATLANTA — An 8-year-old was shot and killed Saturday night at a southwest Atlanta apartment complex, police said.
Atlanta Police were called to the complex at 2060 Allison Court SW around 10:15 p.m., according to police reports.
Officers found the child with a gunshot wound and he was taken by ambulance to an area hospital but died as a result of the injuries, police said.

Authorities have not identified the victim.
