Atlanta, Fulton Co. Schools Adjust Schedules For Jan. 10
Schools and county offices in Fulton County, as well as Atlanta Public Schools, have changed their schedules for Friday. Here's the latest.

ATLANTA, GA — Fulton County and Atlanta schools will close Friday as Georgia hunkers down for a widespread winter storm that may be a menace to the East Coast.
Fulton County students will have a remote learning day on Friday, and staff members will work remotely, according to the Fulton County School System. FCS is canceling extracurricular activities.
Extracurricular activities will resume as scheduled Thursday for city schools, Atlanta Public Schools said. However, extracurriculars on Friday and Saturday will be canceled.

APS district staffers will work remotely, school officials said.
The Atlanta Community Food Bank will offer food pantries to families. To find a food pantry, school officials said text message FINDFOOD or COMIDA to (888) 976-2232.

City of Atlanta and City of Roswell staff members will work remotely as the towns will close their government buildings on Friday, officials for both cities said.
