Atlanta Restaurant Inspections: Who's Got NOT Hot Health Scores?

See which Atlanta restaurants scored just above a failing grade and what violations led to their low grades.

ATLANTA — Here are the worst restaurant and food service inspections results collected in Atlanta during the past week.

Health inspectors from the Georgia Department of Public Health routinely visit food service establishments (restaurants, cafes, bars, cafeterias, food trucks and coffee shops, among others) and score them based upon the general upkeep and cleanliness of the respective establishments.

Each item on an inspection form has a point value ranging from 1 to 9 points, with violations deducting points from a best possible score of 100. Higher points are taken for items with a higher risk to cause illness, while repeat violations take even more points.
