Braves Battle Back From 2 Runs Down To Win World Series Game 4

ATLANTA — The Atlanta Braves come from down three runs to overtake the Houston Astros for a World Series Game 4 win.

As former President Donald Trump looked on Saturday night from a specially-requested spectator box as the Astros took an early lead as the game began.

The Astros got on the frame early when Carlos Correa hit a ground-out to score Jose Altuve.
Altuve scored another run off a fourth-inning center field homerun to take Houston up 2-0.

With two on and two outs in the bottom of the sixth, Austin Riley hits a line drive to center field as Eddie Rosario heads for home beating the throw with ease. Freddie Freeman made his way to third, and after the throw to home was made Riley charged to second.

In the seventh inning, Dansby Swanson tied the game with a fastball swing just over the right-field line for a solo homer.

At the next at-bat, Jorge Soler followed Swanson’s home run with a solo shot out of leftfield, to give the Braves the lead.

Atlanta’s bullpen was able to hold off the Astro bats, giving Matzek the save. The Braves now have a chance to close out the series at home Sunday night.

Game 5 begins Sunday at 8:09 p.m. EST from Truist Park in Atlanta and will be broadcast nationally on TV by Fox and carried by ESPN Radio with streaming on YouTube TV and Hulu Live.
