Delta Offers Cost Free Flight Changes Ahead Of Fourth Of July Weekend

Atlanta-based Delta Air Lines is allowing customers the option of changing flights ahead of the holiday weekend.

ATLANTA, GA — Atlanta-based Delta Air Lines announced Tuesday that it will allow customers to change their flights at no cost ahead of the holiday weekend.

Delta said it will issue a systemwide fare difference travel waiver for July 1-4. This means
customers will be allowed to rebook their trips before or after the potentially challenging weekend travel days – with no fare difference or change fees, as long as customers travel between the same origin and destination.

Customers can make the cost-free changes via My Trip or the Fly Delta app.

“This unique waiver is being issued to give Delta customers greater flexibility to plan around busy travel times, weather forecasts and other variables without worrying about a potential cost to do so,” Delta officials said.
