FULTON COUNTY, GA — Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis says she’s been taking extra measures to keep her and her family safe after receiving death threats.

WSB-TV spoke with Willis, who shared that since the racketeering indictment involving Atlanta rappers Young Thug, Gunna, and alleged members of the Young Slime Life Gang, as well as the creation of a special grand jury to investigate Georgia's 2020 election, the threats have become an issue.

Between YSL fans and Trump supporters, Willis told WSB that the threats have dramatically increased to the point she takes extra precautions and has ramped up security.
