This GA Town Among The Best Places To Get Married Nationwide
The average cost to get married in this Georgia town was $32,000, which was $2,000 more than the state average, according to data.
ATLANTA, GA — Holy matrimony! Atlanta has been named the fourth best place to get married.
Experts believe Atlanta ranks in the top five with a recent WalletHub survey sandwiching the A-town between Florida cities Miami (No. 3) and Tampa (No. 5). In what may not be a shocker to some people, no other city topped the tourist town of Orlando at No. 1, and Las Vegas, Nevada was second best.
“When weddings can cost tens of thousands of dollars and prices have only become even more outrageously inflated in recent years, it pays to hold your wedding in a city that’s affordable, both for those paying for the wedding and for guests who will need to make accommodations," WalletHub analyst Chip Lupo said in the ranking report.

"Certain cities also make wedding planning easier with an abundance of options for wedding essentials, from florists to videographers to venues. The more options a city has, the more likely you are to receive competitive pricing and to find places that can work with your optimal schedule.”
WalletHub experts analyzed 182 U.S. cities across multiple metrics, including the average wedding cost, the number of venues and event spaces per capita and hotel availability.
