Infant Dies at Hospital: Report

ATLANTA, GA -- A baby died Thursday morning after being taken to the hospital and police want to know why.

The baby was put to sleep about 2 a.m. in the 900 block of Forest Valley Drive in Atlanta, according to WGCL-TV. The father discovered that the infant wasn't breathing and called 911, the TV station reports.

Homicide detectives are taking a look into the case.
