LEGO-themed Porsche 919 Hybrid on Display at Atlantic Station

Half of the car is built using 375,000 LEGO bricks

ATLANTA, GA –Just in time for the Petit Le Mans race at Road Atlanta, a special Porsche 919 Hybrid is currently on display at Atlantic Station’s Central Park. However, this isn’t any ordinary Porsche. Half of the famous race car is made of actual Le Mans Prototype parts, while the other half is an impressive collection of 375,000 LEGO bricks, adding some nearly 1,000 pounds to the car’s frame.

This unique car took seven full-time builders over six weeks to complete. The design is truly impressive with no details spared and the most modern technology features. Come see the craftsmanship in Central Park now through Sept. 27. Check out more impressive details here:
