On Thursday, Tucker's charges were reduced to misdemeanor manslaughter, which meant all he had to do was sign for a $70,000 bail.
"She paid attention to the evidence that was presented today and she was very fair in her ruling," defense attorney Danielle Roberts told WSB-TV.

Braatz family attorney Joshua Stein told the TV station that the case is not ever.
“If (the District Attorney) determines that a felony charge is warranted ... then he has the right in the next couple of months to bring the necessary indictments to the grand jury for them to decide,” Braatz family attorney Joshua Stein said.
In a recent news conference, Stein said that the Atlanta Public Schools changed the location of the bus stop so that the children wouldn't have to get close to the house where the dogs lived.
The new charges mean Tucker could face two years in prison rather than 20 years. While he is free to walk the streets, he may still face indictment, officials said.
