Passenger With Box Cutter Prompts Emergency Landing In Atlanta
A second box cutter was found in the passenger's carry-on luggage, the TSA said.
ATLANTA, GA — A Frontier Airline flight going from Cincinnati to Tampa was diverted to Atlanta Friday night after a passenger described as "disruptive" was with a box cutter, according to the TSA.
The flight was diverted around 9:30 p.m. Authorities also found a second box cutter in the passenger's carry-on bag, the TSA said.
The passenger was taken into custody by Atlanta Police and the FBI.

The airline told CNN neither the crew nor passengers were injured. The passengers were given hotel rooms in Atlanta and a new flight was scheduled to take them to Tampa Saturday, according to CNN.
