Peeping Tom Seen Looking In Midtown Home Taken Into Custody, Police
Atlanta Police have charged a 43-year-old man for allegedly peering into a Midtown home and exposing himself, police said.

ATLANTA, GA – Police have arrested a Peeping Tom seen skulking around Midtown and baring all as he peered through private windows, authorities said.
On Jan. 7, officers called to a home in the 700 block of Penn Avenue were shown surveillance footage by the caller of a male exposing himself as he looked through a window of her home, according to Atlanta Police reports.
After unsuccessfully canvassing the area, investigators were able to identify the suspect as 43-year-old Anthony Burgess, police said. Wednesday, investigators obtained a warrant for Burgess’ arrest, and early Thursday morning, officers working the overnight shift in Zone 5 saw him walking along Ponce de Leon Avenue, according to police reports.

Officers arrested Burges and charged him with Peeping Tom, entering an automobile, and possession and use of drug-related articles, according to police and jail information.
Police said they believe another Peeping Tom is at large in the Midtown area.
