SculptHouse Founder Katherine Mason's Guide To Atlanta

The fitness guru and Buckhead resident shares her favorite hot spots around town, from best sushi restaurant to the most relaxing spa.

On any given day, you might find SculptHouse founder and CEO Katherine Mason grabbing a drink at Ladybird on the BeltLine or exploring the High Museum of Art's latest exhibit. Of course, that's only when she's not leading classes in her fitness studio, which is the first in the world to combine the Megaformer with the treadmill.

Mason, who originally hails from Charlotte, North Carolina, attended the University of Georgia before becoming a full-time Atlanta resident four years ago. She currently resides in Buckhead and has become totally immersed in the "stylish, dynamic and energetic" city of Atlanta.

"No matter what you are in the mood to do, Atlanta has something for you!" says Mason, gushing about the diverse neighborhoods that give Atlanta such personality.
