Teen's Ex-Boyfriend Finds Her, Shoots Friend: Atlanta Police
Atlanta Police said a 19-year-old girl's ex-boyfriend found her and her friend in a car and shot at them, injuring the 16-year-old friend.
ATLANTA, GA — A 16-year-old girl is recovering after her friend’s ex-boyfriend shot her, according to Atlanta police.
The girl and her 19-year-old friend were in a vehicle near 2380 Metropolitan Parkway SW when the 19-year-old’s ex-boyfriend began shooting at them from outside the vehicle, police said Wednesday. The teens immediately flagged down police officers on Northside Drive at 11:30 p.m.
The 16-year-old was injured during the shooting. She was taken to the hospital and is stable, police said.
