Brookhaven Author Makes Appearance on The Early Show
Emily Giffin's book Something Borrowed was made for the Silver Screen and released early this month. She is making her cross-country rounds to promote it.

Emily Giffin, the Brookhaven author whose New York Times Best Seller Something Borrowed was turned into a movie and released early this month, appeared Tuesday morning on CBS's the The Early Show.
Giffin, the 39-year-old wife, and mother of three including a set of twin boys, is making her cross-country rounds promoting the movie starring Kate Hudson, and the book.
"Had a great time on the EARLY SHOW w/ director of Bridesmaids Paul Feig," Giffin posted on her Facebook page to her more than 68,000 fans. "Thanks to CBS for having me--esp to the new executive producer and my good friend, Batt Humphreys! Lots of fun. Will post photo and clip soon... NOW TO PREPARE TO MEET JENNIFER ANISTON TONIGHT! AHHHH!"

Giffin is the author of five novels, all of which are New York Times bestsellers - Something Blue (2005), Baby Proof (2006), Love the One You're With (2008) and Heart of the Matter (2010). The former attorney's website indicates that she is at work on her sixth novel and the screenplay for Baby Proof.
