DeKalb Schools Make Decision On Dec. 11 Schedule
BREAKING: The National Weather Service said several metro Atlanta counties could have black ice on roadways early Tuesday morning.

DECATUR, GA β The DeKalb County School District said it will open on a two-hour delay on Tuesday, Dec. 11 due to the threat of black ice that is expected around metro Atlanta.
A light rain is expected to fall over DeKalb County Monday afternoon into the evening. Temperatures could then briefly dip below freezing, possibly causing black ice, especially on bridges and overpasses.
The National Weather Service issued a warning indicating that several metro Atlanta counties may have black ice on roadways as temperatures plunge below freezing early Tuesday morning.
