Georgia Shakespeare Festival Race to Raise $50K in 50 days

With 20 days and $20,000 left to raise, the is embarking on one of its most ambitious goals yet - to raise $50,000 in 50 days.

To help potential donors better understand where and how donations are being spent, Georgia Shakespeare produced a fun video in what they are calling, "The Scene Shop."

It's no secret that the Brookhaven-based Georgia Shakespeare Festival has translated the world's most timeless stories into theatre preformed by some of the area's best artists, but according to its website, it must continue to raise much-needed dollars to continue to provide the kind of quality patrons have come to expect.

Georgia Shakespeare is arming to raise the funds by the close of its 2011 Summer Festival Season on August 14.
