Every startup begins with a spark. First Presbyterian Church of Atlanta is now accepting applications for the 2026 cohort of its Epiphany program, a faith-based social entrepreneurship incubator supporting startups tackling today’s most pressing challenges. Epiphany is an evergreen initiative that equips entrepreneurs developing innovative solutions to social issues with funding, mentorship, and strategic guidance. If you are an emerging founder with a vision to address societal challenges often overlooked by traditional markets, Epiphany offers the resources needed to help your venture grow. Examples of qualifying ventures include businesses that employ formerly incarcerated individuals or adults with developmental challenges, as well as enterprises offering services such as coding training for refugees or mechanical skills development in low-income communities. Since its launch, Epiphany has awarded nearly half a million dollars in grants and supported multiple successful ventures, including Refuge Coffee Co., PadSplit, and Purposeful Gourmet Foods. Modeled in part after the format of Shark Tank, the program provides early-stage entrepreneurs with capital, mentorship, and access to a network focused on impact areas such as hunger, homelessness, housing, refugee resettlement, racial equity, poverty, healthcare, education, and environmental sustainability. will host a grand-reopening celebration May 21 featuring live music, interactive games, giveaways and pictures with Ronald McDonald at the newly renovated restaurant, a spokesperson said Friday. The event comes on the heels of a soft opening following the store's major face-lift that included new colors, a new roof, and the addition of an outdoor patio to replace the PlayPlace. McDonald's spokesman Jonathan Carl said the celebration is being planned after the store reopened for sales because, "it's sometimes easier to coordinate and plan after you're done dealing with the remodel." Below is the schedule for the reopening celebration. Be sure to bring the kids! 10:45 a.m.  - Ribbon Cutting Ceremony 11 a.m.  - First 100 guest in the lobby will receive a Free Big Macs for  One Year. 11:30 a.m. – 2p.m. – Face Painting – with parental consent 12 p.m.  - First 100 Kids in the Lobby will receive a Free Happy Meal for One Year. 12:3 p.m.  - Prize Wheel or Cake Walk 1 p.m. – 2:30pm Ronald McDonald Meet &amp; Greet/Photo 2:30 p.m. – 3 p.m. -Cake
