Pulitzer Prize Winner Comes to Brookhaven

Novelist Oscar Hijuelos will sign books and maybe Mombo with fans Monday

A book signing is simply not enough.

Replete with Latin-style music performed by Cucho Garcia of the local ensemble, San Juan Jam, and Cuban inspired refreshments provided by a new Atlanta bakery Sugarloaf, Novelist Oscar Hijuelos, will engage fans in what probably will be known as one of the liveliest book signings/readings/discussions book enthusiasts have ever seen.

And it’s befitting for the author and his style of writing described by Acapella books as “enchantment” and  a  “collection of vibrant characters”.
