Run, Walk, or Trot

With several area fitness clubs and an LA Fitness gym arriving soon to Town Brookhaven, it is safe to say that the bustling community of more than 40,000 residents love to exercise!  Just drive down Peachtree Street and you can find joggers any time of day running or power walking.

That's why it's no suprise that Brookhaven is home to at least three upcoming 5K races.

We've decided to start a running list. If you know of others, just

1. Spring Stampede (5K) - April 29, 2011 5K at 6:45 and Tot Trot will follow the 5K. Registration Fee: $20

2. 6th Annual Big Peach 5K Run/Walk - April 30, 2011 Beautiful rolling course through neighborhoods of Brookhaven. Exciting finish on Peachtree Road! Sponsored by Big Peach Running Co. Registration Fee: Timed $30.00 Untimed $25.00

3. Brookhaven Bolt (5K) - May 14, 2011 to beneift Ashford Park Elementary School. Registration Fee: $25
