2 GA Restaurants Among America’s 100 Best, New List Says

GEORGIA — Two restaurants in Georgia are among the top 100, according to a new ranking based on reviews from diners who attest to their quality.

The online restaurant reservation service OpenTable develops the Top 100 Restaurants list from reviews left by verified users, not by food critics.

Restaurants from Georgia that made the list are:

• Bones, 3130 Piedmont Road NE, Atlanta (Buckhead). Bones rated higher than any other steakhouse nationally, and it was rated No. 1 among Atlanta restaurants. The dress code at Bones, which has served Atlanta for 40 years, is business casual.
• La Grotta, 2637 Peachtree Road NE, Atlanta (Buckhead). La Grotta, an Italian restaurant, has been a part of the Buckhead community since 1978. The staff is attentive, and its dishes are made from fresh, locally-grown ingredients.

This year, OpenTable’s elite list also includes restaurants in Arizona, California, Colorado, the District of Columbia, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maine, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia and Washington.
