Armed Robber Hits Buckhead CVS Twice: Police

Atlanta police say a thief hit the same Buckhead CVS twice in a matter of days.

ATLANTA, GA -- Atlanta police are soliciting the public's help in finding the man who robbed a CVS in Buckhead twice in the span of eight days. The incidents occurred at the store and pharmacy in the 1900 block of Peachtree Street near Piedmont Hospital.

Surveillance cameras show a man with a red hoodie entering the store on May 30 and taking money from the cash register. In the second incident, which happened on June 7, a perpetrator with a white sweatshirt and gray scarf wrapped around his head enters the store and threatens workers with a pistol, according to police. The man is seen walking up to the cash register and taking an undisclosed amount of money.

Atlanta police believe that the perpetrator in both armed robberies is the same man.
