Buckhead Attorney Joins Troutman Sanders

Richard R. Cheatham a longtime banking attorney, has joined the Financial Institutions practice at Troutman Sanders.

Cheatham, who is a graduate of Havard Law School and has practiced law since 1969, joins Troutman as senior counsel.

He comes to the firm from Kilpatrick Townsend.

Cheatham's practice centers around representing financial institutions in bank regulatory matters as well as corporate and securities laws as they apply to financial institutions, their holding companies and other affiliates.
