Dunkin’ Donut Armed Robber Shot by APD Officer

Atlanta police say an armed robber was shot by a responding officer after the suspect was caught attempting to rob a southwest Atlanta Dunkin’ Donuts.

As WSB TV reports, the suspect is in custody after being shot in the arm late Saturday night, not long after he tried to rob the donut shop located at the intersection of Ralph D Abernathy Boulevard and Cascade Avenue.

The unidentified man, whom authorities say may be linked to other robberies, was listed in stable condition at Grady Memorial Hospital.
