ICYMI: Escort Service Uses Atlanta Firehouse for Pictures
A lieutenant with the department has been suspended pending the outcome of an investigation into the incident.

An Atlanta Fire Rescue Department lieutenant is in the hot seat after investigators say he allowed escorts to use the fire house he was commanding as a location for a photo shoot to advertise their services on the Internet.
The lieutenant, who is not being named, was the most senior department member on duty at the time of the incident at Atlanta Fire Station 2, which is why he is bearing the brunt of the discipline meted out by superiors. He is on administrative leave until an investigation is complete, WSB-TV says.
Some of the photos used by the escorts show them wearing firefighter’s equipment, in a firefighter’s locker, and seductively leaned up against a fire truck while wearing a firefighter’s helmet. And those are just the photos tame enough to be shown to the public.
