Loudermilk to Build Hilton Hotel Next to Buckhead Theatre

Robin Loudermilk said he'd like the hotel to be completed within two years.

The Loudermilk Companies, LLC plans to build a Hilton Garden Inn on the property, currently a parking lot, next to the Buckhead Theatre.

According to a report from the BuckheadView, the development process for the new hotel is slated to begin in the next six months and President and CEO Robert C. “Robin” Loudermilk said he would like the hotel to be completed in the next one and a half to two years.

“There is a three-mile radius restriction from that site on anyone else developing a Hilton Garden Inn, which I am pretty sure would cover all of Buckhead,” Loudermilk told BuckheadView.
