New Nothing Bundt Cakes Opens in Buckhead

Having opened their first Nothing Bundt Cakes more than a decade ago in Alpharetta, Gloria Mattei and Sergio Pacheco are thrilled to open their third bakery now in Buckhead. “Buckhead is a special place in the heart of Atlanta that is dynamic and diverse with a strong sense of community and cultural engagement,” shared Mattei. “It is an honor to bring our delicious cakes to all the joyful celebrations in this vibrant community.” With two older children, the couple believes their bakery ownership provides a model of inclusion, hard work and determination while allowing them to support their neighbors through the sharing of cake. The bakery opened on April 23 and will celebrate their grand opening next week (see details below).

• Tuesday, May 27
  • Community Appreciation Day – Healthcare Workers, Teachers and School Staff, Peachtree Battle Shopping Center Tenants, First Responders and Military will receive a Free Bundtlet with purchase of one (one per guest) when they show their badge or business card.
• Wednesday, May 28
  • 3 p.m. - Ribbon Cutting with the Georgia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce
• Thursday, May 29
  • 10 a.m. - Ribbon Cutting with the Buckhead Business Association
• Friday, May 30
  • Shepherd Center Benefit Day - 20% of sales will be donated to this organization dedicated to helping people with temporary or permanent disabilities rebuild their lives with hope, independence, and dignity.
• Saturday, May 31
  • 10 a.m. – Free Bundtlets for a Year – The first 100 guests age 18+ will receive a Free Bundtlets for a Year punch card valid for one Bundtlet per month for 12 months

Nothing Bundt Cakes is located at 2339 Peachtree Rd NE, Suite B and is open Monday through Saturday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and on Sunday from 12 to 5 p.m. The luscious cakes are baked daily using the finest ingredients, including real eggs, butter and cream cheese, in 40 unique designs and 10 delicious flavors.
