New Restaurant Proposed for Taqueria Tsunami Spot

The old Taqueria Tsunami restaurant at 2293 Peachtree Road, could reopen under a new concept called 1Kept.

Thaddeus John Keefe IV, the owner of the new concept, is scheduled to appear before the Atlanta License Review Board at its March 19 meeting.

The restaurant, which is 4,620 square feet and seats 100, is seeking a beer and liquor license.

It projects having 80 percent of sales from food and 20 percent from alcohol, according to its application.
